Korea Kimchi

There are several Korean foods, which are well-known to the people in the world. As the best example, there is Kimchi, which has become an internationally loved food now. Normally, foreigners who have some interests in Korean foods and even some Koreans do not know that there are many types of Kimchi
Based on Korean web sources, I would say that there are different 300 types of Kimchi. But the best famous type of Kimchi in the world must be “BaechuKimchi,” which is made with salted cabbage, red pepper, and other supplemental materials. I have seen many foreign visitors in Korea who attempted to eat Kimchi showed uncontrollable funny faces, because of the natural hot taste. Personally, I also don’t like the hot Kimchi, but mostly people who are surrounding me like hot Kimchi, and small numbers of people like super-hot Kimchi. Kimchi must be one of representative Korean foods. It is prepared and set on normal Korean kitchen tables every day. As mentioned above, there are many different types of Kimchis, and most Kimchis are fermented ones. So, it is easy to keep and eat for a long time by putting in a fridge, but you should intake much of sodium with Kimchi at the same time.
